Lynn Wyminga is an award-winning real estate professional based on Amherst Island, proudly serving Kingston and the surrounding areas of Lennox & Addington, Frontenac, and Leeds and Grenville Counties. Lynn first discovered the Kingston area as a university student in the 1990s. After living in Vancouver and Toronto, she returned with her family in 2016, drawn to the region’s natural beauty and vibrant communities. Since then, she has built a trusted real estate business rooted in integrity, transparency, and a deep commitment to her clients.

Before launching her real estate career, Lynn successfully ran her own business—Lynn’s Lids—selling handcrafted hats at major artisan shows including the One of a Kind Show. Her one-on-one customer care and creative problem-solving naturally transitioned into real estate. Lynn also brings a background in software consulting and training, equipping her with strong tech, research, and communication skills to guide clients with clarity and confidence.

Lynn specializes in residential real estate, including rural properties, waterfront homes, and helping first-time buyers and downsizers navigate the market. Her client-centric approach ensures that each buyer or seller feels fully informed and supported at every stage of the process.

A full-time resident of Amherst Island, Lynn is also a dedicated community volunteer and co-chair of the Kingston & Area Real Estate Association’s Public Relations Committee. When she’s not working with clients, you’ll find her outdoors, knitting, practising yoga, or spending time with her husband, two children, and their whoodle.
